Prescriptions

All prescriptions are generated electronically and sent to your number and/or email address for your convenience, as long as you have a valid Medicare, DVA or IHI number. In case you have none of these, the prescriptions can be emailed directly to your pharmacy of choice for you to collect at your convenience.

The prescriptions with their repeats are stored electronically with you as a text message or email, saving the need for a paper prescription to be kept. E-scripts are generally valid for twelve months and can be used at any pharmacy in Australia.

Please note that we are unable to provide prescriptions for controlled drugs in Australia. These include, but are not limited to, opioids, benzodiazepines, certain psychotropics and other medications.
