Men's Health is an Australian Telehealth company that caters specifically to the diverse health needs of our male population. All our staff are fully based and trained in Australia.


We are exclusively a Telehealth company that provides online medical consultations to male patients of all age groups across Australia. We provide consultations, medical certificates and diagnostic referrals for pathology and imaging services.


We solely employ doctors with full (general) registration with AHPRA and minimum of ten years of full time practice experience in Australian healthcare system, including both general practice and hospital based practice settings. This ensures that the quality of care we provide to you is of a high standard.


We are a private billing company and do not offer bulk billing services. However, we do strive to keep our consultation fee affordable for the majority of our patients.


We provide medical care for a variety of conditions including but not limited to allergies, cold and flu, infections, injuries, and chronic diseases. We endeavour to meet any and all of our patient's health needs as best as we can.


Appointments typically last between 10 and 20 minutes, depending on the nature of patient's symptoms and clinical presentation.


Yes, we have certain exceptions within our care services that we provide to our patients. In our experience, they affect only a small fraction of patients seeking to use our service. Please make a booking via our Bookings page, accessible via links on the top and bottom of every page on our website. Alternatively call us toll-free at 1800 13 75 48 to make a booking. Further instructions are provided on the Bookings page.


All bookings are clinically triaged by our medical staff prior to being finalised. While most booking requests are deemed appropriate for Telehealth consultations, there may be occasions where we may advise you to present to your local Emergency Department or attempt to see a doctor for a review in person. We will not take your payment in that instance and advise you via email of the medical triaging advice without delay.


We collect your personal information for the sole purpose of providing healthcare services to you. The information is stored securely and will not be provided to any third party unless required by law.

Your health records, including details of your consultation, will only be released to your nominated GP upon receiving your consent.

All medical records are kept, retained and disposed in accordance with National Medical Board guidlines and statutes.

We strictly abide by requirements of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act) and the Australian Privacy Principles found in that Act. Further details are available on our Privacy Policy page, accessible via links at the bottom of every page on our website.


All bookings are received and promptly processed by our staff within our business hours of 7am to 11pm AEST. Bookings received outside those hours are processed after 7am of the coming day.

After a quick review and medical triage, in most cases we will confirm your booking and provide you with an invoice to make payment for your booking via email to the address you provide at the time of booking. Once you make the payment, the doctor will call you within the hour to complete your consultation.


All payments are to be made securely at a third party processing site via the invoice sent to you. We do not take or store your payment or credit card details. We currently utilise Square for our practice billings. Multiple payment options are available.


We understand the apprehension and concern shared by patients and carers, while they are awaiting their consultation, especially if the patient's clinical situation is deteriorating. At all times, we encourage you to contact us by email at admin@menshealthandmore.com, via our contact page or through the live chat feature on our website to get an ETA on your consultation, especially if it is reaching the end of the one hour window that we strive to maintain for our maximum patient wait time. In case of any significant concern or patient deterioration, we encourage you to seek urgent medical help by calling 000 for further assistance.


Our healthcare policy model prioritises your judgment as a decision maker for your health decisions. We understand that there are multiple healthcare service providers in the Telehealth and medical deputising sector and you are welcome to choose the provider of your choice. Simply inform us of your cancellation by email at admin@menshealthandmore.com prior to your consultation with us and we will refund you the booking fee. Alternatively you can inform the doctor of this when they call you and they will advise us to cancel and refund the whole amount of your booking fee.


While we strive to ensure that every patient is consulted promptly and within our advertised timeframe of one hour from the time of booking, we do realise that rarely there may be circumstances beyond either of our control where a booking may not eventuate e.g. your condition deteriorated and you decided to go to hospital instead or we had unforeseen staffing/technical issues at our end. In those situations, we will provide you a full refund of your booking fee.


We launched Men's Health as a low cost universally available private billing service to provide affordable yet timely and quality healthcare to male patients all across Australia. Our principal aim is to serve you as a patient and you have a right to expect quality healthcare service by us. You have a right to be treated with respect and courtesy and your privacy maintained and respected at all times. If you feel that your rights have not been honoured as part of consultation with our service, please inform us immediately via email or by filling out the form at our Contact page.


We aim to treat every patient with honesty, courtesy and respect. We expect the same from you. We reserve the right to terminate our consultation and restrict our provision of future services to you in the event of abusive and/or inappropriate behaviour. We also reserve the right to report any criminal conduct e.g. attempts at Medicare fraud to the legal authorities.
