Medical Certificates

All medical certificates are emailed at the end of the consultation to your provided email address. In case you don't receive it within ten minutes of your consultation, please check your spam/junk folder and contact us if you are unable to find it there.

The emailed medical certificates can simply be forwarded by you to your employer's email address directly without delay, saving the time and need for printing out a hard copy.

Please note that we are unable to provide medical certificates for Centrelink and/or work cover. We are also unable to provide medical certificates for legal scenarios, including but not limited to, court and police appearances, bail proceedings and parole requirements. All medical certificates are provided exclusively for work and/or study for a total of up to three days including the day of consultation.
