Consultations

We aim to consult all patients within one hour of receiving their booking. Our business hours are 7am to 11pm AEST every day of the year including public holidays. Bookings received outside those hours are attended to at the start of the following day within the first hour i.e. before 8am.

Our medical staff aim to provide a thorough and comprehensive healthcare service that is friendly, polite and not rushed. We endeavour to address any and all of your health concerns and not just your principal complaint that prompted your consultation.

We consult male patients of all age groups, from infants to elderly. Regardless of the patient's age or health problem/concern, we are here to help.
